Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Sour Cream
½ Cup Butter
8 Each Medium Red Potatoes
½ Lb Roast Beef – sliced medium
1 Tbsp Horseradish Sauce
Directions:
1. Quarter and simmer potatoes until tender- about 10 minutes. Drain and return them to cooking pot.
2. In the pot, mash with potato masher or fork
3. Add butter, sour cream and horseradish a little at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
4. Salt & pepper to taste.
5. Serve Roast Beef with potatoes and Heinz Gravy.
6. Add some quick Green beans for a perfect meal
